The 34-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star is pregnant with her second baby, her rep confirmed to People earlier this week.

On Thursday, Aug. 4, the actress — who plays Dr. Amelia Shepherd on Grey’s — showed off her baby bump on the red carpet at a Television Critics Association event. “[We’re] very, very excited,” Caterina told reporters during the outing.
Caterina and her husband, musician Rob Giles — who married in 2009 — are already parents to a four-year-old daughter, Eliza.
